The Word of God taken from Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
God has a plan of peace for every one of us. It is not a coincidence when we are in this city and in this nation. God has a plan. God never made us to become a spectator. We will become the blessing for this nation.
Our Lord already died and rose back to alive again. He bore our sicknesses and weaknesses. That is why we have a future and a hope. Let us be light for others. Even though we have many weaknesses, God will enable us to be the light for others.
The Word of God was continued by Rev. Simon Wagner (Jangkar Iman). Taken from 1 Peter 2:24 “who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.”
Jesus has died and forgave our sins, then we must live in truth. And He is able to heal our sicknesses. By His stripes we are healed.
All the congregations were led to give thanks and worship the Lord at the end of the service. Closing prayer was led by the Chairman of the committee of the event, Drs. Eperaim Sembiring, M.Th, and also by Rev. Paska Tua Luther Manalu S.Th.M.A (representative of the South Jakarta Ministry of Religion)
Hallelujah, all glory and praise unto the Lord who has done great things today.
