Heavy rain and traffic jams in some areas of Jakarta did not discourage people to come to the Miracle Night Event which was held in Hall of Blessing 12th floor, ITC Cempaka Mas, Central Jakarta. This event was also supported by ITC Cempaka Mas management by announcing this event in mall areas. By 7 pm, the seats were gradually filled and people kept coming to the event.
Worship leader, Mr. Dimas Kuspranowo (the chairman of the committee) opened the event with prayer at 7 pm. Followed by opening speech delivered by Mr. Alex Wijaya, the leader of ITC Cempaka Mas Prayer Group. He expressed his gratitude to God for this collaborative event to be possible to be taken place which was in cooperation with ITC Cempaka Mas Prayer Group, The Anchor of Faith Ministry, and other prayer groups and Miracle Night Committee from other regions. He believed that the works and healing miracles of God would be manifested in this event.
Afterwards, Worship leader began to lead people to praise God by singing songs of praises: “Kita Bertemu Lagi ‘tuk Puji Tuhan (We Meet Again to Praise God), continued with the song, “Kita Bertemu Saling Mengasihi” (We Meet to Love One Another), and “Bertemu dalam Kasih-Nya” (We Meet in His Love). As the people praising God with these songs, they were filled with the joy of brotherly love.
Then, the films about God’s plans for humankind and Salvation in Jesus Christ were shown. After the film showing, people were then led to praise God by the second worship leader, Mrs. Veronika Napitupulu, with songs of praises “Kerahkanlah kekuatan-Mu ya Allah” (Show Your Power, O Lord), followed by “Oleh Darah Anak Domba” (By the Blood of the Lamb). The people were more joyful as they were praising God with these songs.
Then, worship leader led people in worship and encouraged people to have faith in God and believe that all of their sicknesses have been healed by the stripes of Jesus Christ.
Worship leader exhorted the people to draw closer to God and led them to go deeper in worship with God by singing “Engkau lah Tuhan, Engkaulah Raja, berdaulat atas hidupku” (You are Lord, You are King who is Sovereign over my life). While still in the atmosphere of worship, a short video clip of a healing miracle testimony of Mrs. Mujayanah’s son, Horas Harahap was shown. After watching the testimony, their faith was awakened to receive the touch of God.
The service then continued with a worship song, “Kuyakin Saat Kau Berfirman”(I believe when You Speak). As they were worshipping God, the presence of God was more tangible and wholeheartedly, the people came to God.
The word of God was preached by Rev. Andreas Supriyadi from Cempaka Mas Prayer Group. The sermon was taken from Mathew 9: 20-22.

“Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak. She said to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.” Jesus turned and saw her. “Take heart, daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.” And the woman was healed at that moment.” (NIV)
Rev. Andreas went on to say that God provides double portion miracles for those who hope, believe and have faith in God tonight, which is a decisive moment to receive God’s power. Just like the woman who had been subject to bleeding for 12 years and had lost everything, however, with full of courage and faith, she pushed through the crowd to reach and touch the edge of Jesus cloak. She believed in God’s goodness and that God would help her. Therefore, she received salvation and healing from God. Besides this miracle, Jesus also performed miracle by raising up Jairus’ 12-year-old daughter from the dead.
Rev.Rudi Ang continued the sermon by challenging people to believe and accept Jesus Christ as their God and saviour. Most of the people raised up their hands and subsequently followed the prayer of receiving Jesus Christ. Then, Rev. Rudi Ang continued preaching the World of God from Hebrews 11:6.

6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. (NIV)
He encouraged the people to put their faith in God. He went on saying that though the condition of our life, health and job seem to be worrisome. However, don’t worry, but have faith. Learn from the bleeding woman and Horas’ parent who was persistent and kept coming to KPPI (Praise and Divine Healing crusade) until her son received healing miracle from hydrocephalus.
The event was continued by inviting all the counselors and the sick people to come forward while the song “Aku Percaya Tuhanku Ajaib” (I Believe that My God is Miraculous) was lifted up. There were 10 sick people who came forward and the other people were asked to pray for God’s miracles to happen.
The worship song “Kau Bapa yang Mengasihiku” (You are the Father who Loves Me) was sung and the people were more earnest in praying in the presence of God.
Healing prayer was conducted by Rev. Rudi Ang, continued by Rev. Kristo Aritonang, then Mr. Manuel Manahan Pakpahan (Miracle Night Committee). As the song “ Kaulah Tuhan Sembuhkanku” (You are the God that Healeth Me) was sung, the counselors started to pray for the sick.
Hallelujah… Miracles took place. Mrs.Desi who had suffered from back pain for three years was touched by God and got healed. And then, Mrs. Monica who had suffered from headache for two months, however, after being prayed, she didn’t feel any pain anymore. Praise the Lord… God performed remarkable miracles. The song of praise “Ini Tahun Pembebasan“(This is the year of Jubilee) was lifted up joyfully by the people.
Then, Rev. Rudi Ang challenged those who wanted to serve God and give their live to be a blessing wherever they are, to come forward and raise their hand to God. As the song “Tuhan Inilah Hidupku” (Here is My Life, O Lord) was sung, there were dozens of people who raised up their hands and gave their lives to God.
Hallelujah! God’s works were manifested remarkably to 140 people in Miracle Night Event, Cempaka Mas tonight. To God be the glory.
