In Jesus We Have Hope
We need God every day, every hour and in every way. Today on Monday June 19, 2020 we just had another MIRACLE HOUR. It is a concise biblical message that could benefits our walk on faith in the Marketplace. Special message today was about not giving up in the hope of Jesus despite today’s situation, brought by Ricky Simanjuntak (Sales Director at ISP Industry).
During the COVID-19 pandemic many companies are in the alarming state and employee reduction often inevitable. Maybe a lot of us are no longer in our job and have lost our main income. But the word of God never fails us. Our brother Ricky Simanjuntak reminded us again what Jesus said in Matthew 6:25-27.
Jesus uses the parable of the fowls of the air that are not sowing nor reap, yet our heavenly Father feed them. As much as the fact we are already very familiar with this scripture, it does take faith to truly be hopeful to God’s promises in the midst of our problems. An invitation extended for the congregation to come and receive the forgiveness of sin through the blood of Jesus, accepting Him as Lord and Savior.
“Placed to Pray”
We are positioned by God in certain role in Marketplace for a purpose. At this peculiar time, our role to bring God’s presence in wherever we are, including our workplace became tremendous. Not limited to what we do for our colleagues and company as a whole, but above and beyond is what we do behind our prayer closet. We need to believe that through prayer we can really make an impact, in our office, or even our nation, as we are never to be called as a mediocre person. We are sons and daughters of God Himself.
Our brother Ricky Simanjuntak was closing today’s message with a prayer for those who want to give their life to Jesus, that were called by His own name for the great commission. We truly praise the Lord that apart from Him we can do none. This implies that by abiding in Him, we can do all things through the one who is our true vine, Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
