Praise the Lord, another Miracle Day event was held today. This event is a fellowship and healing sermon for the marketplace, that was done through live stream on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. While still many of us working from home due to Covid-19, God always has a way and He is still at work to bring people to come to Him. This service was delivered by Suryati Gunawan, Julius Leonard, Lena Yong, Wisye Lantang and Ricky Simanjuntak.
“Have Jesus aboard in your life”
The service was opened by Suryati Gunawan, quoting from Mark 4:35-41. How Jesus calm the storm. This word of God teaching us how human have no control over his own life and all the circumstances. Only with Jesus we can face all the storms of our life. It is written in Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee’ yea, I will help the; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Proceeding to that, the word about salvation was continued by Julius Leonard, bringing the congregation to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior by remembering what God has done for us stated in John 3:16, it is said that For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. And this promise of salvation is not just for us, but for others as well that can be done through our life if we testify. And of course Jesus not only have redeemed us from sin, but He also wants to heal.
“Then Jesus said to him, What will ye that I shall do unto you?”
The following message about how Jesus want to heal and give freedom to His people, was brought by Lena Yong bringing the message written in Matthew 20:29-34 how two blind men was healed miraculously by Jesus. A lot of us think that when we are in trouble, God is at far distance, while in fact He simply as near as your faith. As Jesus asked the two blind men, He also asking us: What will ye that I shall do unto you? The message proceeds with praying for the healing power of God by Wisye Lantang and we truly believe many delivered, as some testify directly to the link message.
As right now, many of us still in quarantine due to Corona virus, it is also our part, as believers to intercede for our nation of Indonesia, so that God forgive the transgressions toward Him in this country, and God bless our land, our government, the economic recovery imputable to Covid-19. We also pray that God heals all the infected, protect the frontline people working in health care and truly end this pandemic. The prayers were lead by Julius Leonard and Wisye Lantang.
This Miracle Day service was wrapped by announcing that the congregation can always be in touch for prayer request and recalled everyone to comply with government regulation in effort to put an end for this Covid-19 pandemic, brought by Ricky Simanjuntak. We believe the presence of God is real and touching so many people through this Miracle Day service. We give all glory and praise to our Lord, Jesus Christ.
