DO NOT FEAR

Praise our God, Lord Jesus. Today at Friday July 3, 2020 we had another Miracle Day service.  This is an online live stream version of sermon and healing service that normally conducted in Marketplace community that was first initiated due to work from home policy regarding COVID-19. God truly has bigger plans. When we assume this pandemic would restrict marketplace ministry, contrary to that, we are reaching thousands in such brief amount of time. Many of them were healed from various diseases as well. Our God is undoubtedly the God of miracles.

Miracle Day 3 Juli 2020

The service was delivered by God’s servants in Marketplace from such a diverse industries and professions. Today service was brought by Samuel Baktiar (E-Commerce), Christian Parulian (Energy Industry), Dona Situmorang (Internet Service Provider), Roy Vance Sihombing (Educator) and Moria Desi Natalina (Educator).

“Would not God fed and clothed you even more?”

Today service was opened with a prayer and God’s message brought by Samuel Baktiar, sharing what was written in Matthew 6:25-34. In this scripture Jesus uses the parable of the fowls of the air and lilies in the field, how they were fed and grow without any toil, yet the Father take care of such things.  We are His children, should not He safekeeping us surpassing that.

Above and beyond, when man transgressed and come short of the glory of God, Jesus Himself came to this earth, as an ultimate sacrifice, bearing our sin, so that we are redeemed and therefore received everlasting life as stated in John 3:16. The service continues on with an invitation to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, as well for them, who wanted to be the witness of God, brought by Christian Parulian.

“Rise, take up thy bed and walk”

The service carried on by the message of God, about how Jesus healed a man who had been disabled for thirty eight years at the side of Bethesda pool (John 5:1-9), brought by Dona Situmorang. Such amount of years passed by did not let him stop believing the miracle of healing. On the verge of this man’s destitute, Jesus came. Jesus knows this man had been suffering for such a long time, and with compassion He offered him to be healed. Despite his circumstances, when Jesus told him to rise, take up his bed and walk, he was immediately was made whole, got up and walked. Indeed, his patience was not led in vain.

The message proceeds with praying for the healing power of God by Roy Vance Sihombing, bringing to mind for the congregation to have faith in Jesus, as assured in 1 Peter 2:24 how Jesus bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness, by His stripes we were healed. As this live stream was occurring, we received prayer requests through our call center and many came to Jesus Christ and received healing.

As Jesus followers, especially positioned by God in the Marketplace, we have a duty to intercede for our nation of Indonesia, particularly for the recovery of COVID-19 pandemic. We pray for the healing of all the infected and the protection for the frontline people working in health care, and more so the ending of this pandemic.  The prayers were lead by Christian Parulian and Roy Vance Sihombing.

Concluding the service, the congregation was encouraged to be a blessing witness to each of their local Christian office fellowship and not to hesitate reaching to our call center for prayer request and to notify healing testimonies as well. A gentle reminder was given as well, and that is to comply with government regulation in effort to put an end for this pandemic, and as well a closing prayer brought by Moria Desi Natalina. We bring all praise and glory to Jesus Christ who had saved and healed many lives today. Amen.
