Jesus is My Help – Yesus Penolongku
Where does our help come from? Our help comes from the Lord who made the heaven and the earth (Psalm 121: 2). Today’s Miracle Day was brought by God’s servants in the Marketplace from various industries and professions. They were David Francis (Entrepreneur), Agus Riyanto (Construction Company), Sofiana (Pipe Distributor Company), Ruth Kurniasih (Property Management) and Martha Christina (Entrepreneur).
Don’t be Afraid, God is Our Helper
David Francis delivered the Word of God from Isaiah 41:10 (KJV)“Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” As believers, we do not to be afraid in these pandemic situations for there is God as our helper. We are grateful that we have a living God and He is always with us and helps us. Maybe we feel that we always do something wrong, we feel hopeless, and we face difficulty in doing our work in the office. However, we don’t need to be afraid for God will help us and we will never be alone because Jesus is there with us.
God Brings Victory in Our Lives
Jesus knows everything that happens in our lives, even when we feel that no one is with us, He knows about us. We often forget about God, but God always thinks of us and wants to give the best to us. We hope to have a better life, no longer live in a worldly way, and we also hope that our economy will be better. Let us come and cry out to God so God will help us and restore our lives because Jesus is the answer to our lives.
It is a great blessing in our lives that Jesus holds our hands and leads us to victory. Agus Riyanto continued the service by delivering the Word of God from John 1:12. He invited the congregation to believe in Jesus and lead them in a prayer of salvation, accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and offer up their lives to God.
God Always Stretches Out His Hand to Us
Sofiana continued preaching the Word of God from Matthew 12: 9-13 about healing on the Sabbath. It seems that the Pharisees wanted to blame Jesus, but Jesus said to them: “What man is there among you who has one sheep, and if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will not lay hold of it and lift it out? Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.” Regardless of the condition of this sick man, Jesus looked at him as a valuable person and performed miracles on him. Jesus said: “Stretch out your hand.” Then, a miracle happened to this man. Hope ineed is only found in Jesus. He always wants to stretch out His hands to all of us and He is also able to perform miracles over our sicknesses. Nothing is too difficult to him for His power is still the same.
Ruth Kurniasih went on preaching the Word of God. She conveyed that the Jesus is our helper and His power never changes. Then, she led the people to pray for their sicknesses in accordance with the Word of God from Isaiah 53: 5b that by His tripes we are healed. While this live broadcast was taking place, we received several prayer requests to our Contact Center and many came to the Lord Jesus and experienced healing.
Before the service was closed, Martha Christina encouraged the congregation to intercede for the government, the national’s economy, and for the pandemic to end. The prayers of intercession were lifted up by Agus Riyanto and Ruth Kurniasih. Then, the service was closed by inviting all colleagues to be a blessing in their offices and comply with government regulations in an effort to break the chain of this pandemic. All praise and glory be to Jesus Christ who has blessed many lives today. Amen.
